Both Potomac Gardens residents and those who live outside of Potomac Gardens like the neighborhood for the same reasons—accessibility, restaurants and businesses, and the people.

A small number of Potomac Gardens’ residents reported that they didn’t like the neighborhood but it’s not clear whether or not they were talking specifically about Potomac Gardens or Hill East/Capitol Hill in general.
